Mowing new residents, sensible reuse!

In Holland, I often miss at least some English explanation of interesting points. But it was nice to see.

De Diekloper. This is the name of the new bridge between the city center with the Adam Mill and the promenade in Delfzijl, in the north of the province of Groningen.

An excellent cycle path with a view of the Robbenplaat, a nature reserve full of water birds and surrounded by calm waters. This path offers not only a beautiful route, but also a perfect place to stand still and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Delfzijl (Groning's Delfziel; obsolete German Delfsiel) is a small town in the province of Groningen in the northeastern Netherlands with 16,890 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2022) and was an independent municipality until the end of 2020. Since January 1, 2021, it has been part of the newly created municipality of Eemsdelta. The coastal towns of Delfzijl are located at the mouth of the Ems into the North Sea.
