Very nice cycle path along the edge of the dunes through nature reserve De Manteling. The nature reserve extends from Domburg to the Veerse Gatdam. The path mainly goes through the forest, on hard-packed sand paths, but also with beautiful views of wet meadows and dunes. Have already seen rabbits and deer in the surrounding forest. In the vicinity of Domburg you will find some beautiful properties such as Kasteel Westhove, more or less hidden in the forest. If you would like to take a break on the way, you will also find some nice snack bars with a beer garden.

Oosterschelde National Park is openly connected to the North Sea via the storm surge barrier. Twice a day, 800 billion litres of salt water flows in and out of the area. The mudflats and sandbanks that are submerged at high tide, dry up again at low tide. The Oosterschelde is a unique area because of this tidal nature: a dynamic world.

Beautiful, wonderful, wonderful, phenomenal... Words are inadequate to describe this landscape. At this location you should definitely press the pause button and take your time to enjoy.

A tough climb with a gradient of 25% to reach the highest dune on Schouwen Noordstrand. Perhaps a challenge for cycling enthusiasts, but unfortunately for your safety you are not allowed to conquer this slope by bike. The reason: the path is full of drifting sand and creates unsafe situations. No matter how big the challenge, know that you are not alone here. You have to share this path with other users. Courtesy is appropriate here. Enjoy a highlight together with a panoramic view of Schouwen Noordstrand. Wonderful, sometimes it doesn't have to be more.
