Definitely worth continuing on the red white path past the bridge once the 806 route finishes. After half an hour you’re at the mouth of the glacier and it exceeded my expectations. Stunning area!

A seven-kilometer-long trail along the Roseg stream leads up to the breathtaking glacier panorama at the Hotel Roseg Glacier. Winter guests don't have to miss out on this either: during the cold season, a classic cross-country ski trail is groomed all the way to the hotel, and sometimes even to the glacier. A gigantic landslide on the almost 4,000-meter-high Piz Scerscen in the spring of 2024 demonstrated the immense forces at work in this mountain world.
