The beautiful white Art Nouveau villa at Plauer Strasse 6 was the home of the toy manufacturer Ernst Paul Lehmann. It is the manufacturer's flagship and calling card. Next to it is a brick building that Lehmann leased to the post office. Lehmann's tin toys are still very popular with collectors and fetch high prices. The "stubborn donkey" was offered in 1910 by the Conitzer department store for 95 pfennigs, and today it is available on eBay for around 800.00 €.

The inspector's house was probably built in 1742 on the site of the former city courtyard. The building was used as a residence for an inspector. Later it became a warehouse.
