A very beautiful village and a great starting point or destination for mountain bike or road bike tours. The ascent by road bike is along the main road – steep and long. There's a campsite and others in the area, and of course, small hotels or guesthouses – Swiss hospitality! You'll meet many enduro mountain bikers here. I also have a lot of fun here with my downhill trail!

A nice stop for a quick lunch or refreshment. Open every day from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Here you can order classic local dishes with local cheese, desserts like pancakes, ice cream and drinks. Prices are around the Swiss average.

Vissoie is a mid-mountain village full of visitors in all seasons. There are several hiking trails nearby. There is a fountain for refilling water bottles, and there are also several cafes and restaurants. One of the recommended cafes is "Café des Alpes".

Chandolin is located between 755 m and 2700 m on the steep eastern slope of the Val d'Anniviers in French-speaking Switzerland. The village offers an exceptional view of the Valais Alps from Zinalrothorn, Besso, Ober Gabelhorn, Zinalspitze to Dent Blanche. The commune includes the communes of Chandolin, Sousillon and Fang. The upper and young part of the commune of Chandolin culminates at 1936 m, making it one of the highest villages in Switzerland. In the town center you will find a small supermarket, a post office, a souvenir shop and various cafes and restaurants. The old part of the town in particular, located in the lower part of the town, has some nicely decorated wooden houses (some with rich floral decorations) which are worth a little detour.

This funicular line takes you from the village of St Luc (1680m) to Tignousa (altitude 2180m). It gives access to the ski resort but also operates in the summer season. A small village in Vercorin with typical Valais wooden and chalet-style houses. In Vercorin you will find cafes and restaurants, and even a sporting goods store.

The charming little old town of Grimentz. Make sure you take your time to wander around and explore all the little corners and alleys as there is so much detail in the buildings and decorations. You can also stop at La Maison de Grand Maman to get a feel for how people lived here in the 19th century.
