Kinder Scout Adventure – A Wild Peak District Escape in Teva Sandals



This hike up Kinder Scout is a true Peak District classic – rugged, beautiful, and filled with moments that ground you in nature. From the very first steps, it’s a walk that invites you to embrace the elements and leave the noise behind

starting the walk from the south east side of battersea park at roseary gate, you head north following the outer path through the trees. this path is less busy then the main road and means you are able to spot more wildlife and wild flowers. i wore my teva sandals as it was a lovely warm day in the city

The moment you step out at Overveen station, it starts: fresh air, soft dune grass swaying in the breeze, and the feeling of embarking on a mini-expedition. And all this while you were just sitting among the canals less than 30 minutes ago.
