Brewing has been going on in the listed village brewery made of quarry stone and half-timbering since 1851. The two-storey gable roof building offers space for all the facilities required for brewing. On Instagram you will find posts from the current village brewers (Schönauer Hausbräu), who brew beer in the traditional way twice a year with the HopfenStube BREWERY. On the first floor there is a small brewery for about 20 people that can be rented. (Info from Schönau an der Brend)
