I know the fountain as the Fool's Fountain, but it is beautiful nonetheless.

The frog at the Theodul Fountain provides free drinking water to thirsty city walkers. The fountain water itself is not suitable for drinking.

The Catholic parish church of St. Blaise stands enthroned on a plateau above the Schmiech River, surrounded by a castle-like walled former cemetery. Its oldest part, the lower section of the originally free-standing, now seventy-meter-high church tower, dates back to the early 13th century. Four stories of ashlar masonry were built on it, the topmost of which houses the bell tower with its six-part chime. In 1958, a further story was added to house the tower clock and a pointed helmet. The originally three-aisled Gothic hall church was converted into a pilaster church after the town fire of 1688. This resulted in chapels on the north and south sides of the nave. The renovation of the choir, severely damaged in the town fire of 1749, by the Teutonic master builder Francesco Antonio Bagnato was crucial to the church's current Baroque appearance. Bagnato commissioned Joseph Ignaz Appiani to decorate it with a monumental ceiling fresco depicting the Last Supper.

The Wolfert Tower was built in 1891 as the "Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Tower". It is one of the earliest multi-story concrete structures in southern Germany. From the tower you can enjoy a special panorama of the surroundings of Ehingen and, if the weather is good, you can also see the Alps. Around the tower, visitors will find an oasis of relaxation. A park with a pond and children's playground invites you to relax.
