The Millennium Height was erected on New Year's Day 2000 above the former Heutingsheim drinking water reservoir and is the highest point in Freiberg with a good view towards the Neckar Valley, where only the power pylons are somewhat of a nuisance.

As early as 1577, there was a wine press on this site. It was demolished in 1730 due to dilapidation and rebuilt in its current form by the Beihingen landowners, the Barons of Gemmingen-Hornberg (the coat of arms above the main entrance). It has been owned by the municipality since 1964. The building was renovated in 1977 and now serves as an event space.

Magnificent views toward the Neckar Valley, as far as Wunnenstein and the foothills of the Swabian Forest. Only a power line slightly obscures the view.

Wonderful stop on the Württemberg Wine Cycle Route. Marbach is an excellent southern wine town and is worth a visit with its beautiful old town.

Due to the many missing parts, the column could not be reconstructed. In order to preserve a souvenir of the Jupiter Giant Column, the municipality decided in 1981 to have a copy of the Jupiter Giant Column from Walheim made. This was installed west of the town hall. There are also a number of votive stones around the town hall.

In connection with the construction of the new town hall, fragments of a giant Jupiter column over ten metres high were also found, crowned with a biga, which is rare in southern Germany. Among these was the inscription stone, which had, however, been broken into several pieces. The historians were nevertheless able to reconstruct that the veterans of the 24th cohort were the donors of this monument. It can be considered proven that this column was the highest of its kind north of the Alps. It was eventually destroyed by the Alemanni.
