The trees offer a unique view of the surrounding area and down into the Kraichgau valley. It is wonderful to sit down here and enjoy the fantastic view from the rest area.

Artificially created forest pond in a beautiful forest location, which was created in 1989 as part of the children's holiday program. In addition to an information board, there is a seating area and a small wooden bridge.

Once a month, the German Alpine Association, Eppingen district group, opens and manages the Ottilienberg tower. When the weather is good, you have an excellent panoramic view of the Kraichgau, the Black Forest, the Steinsberg, the Palatinate Forest and sometimes you can even see the Vosges. Dates: Every first Sunday of the month from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. - except in December, the tower opens on December 13, the memorial day of Saint Ottilia.
