Panorama Restaurant Edelweiss, Pardiel (Pizol) Lean back and enjoy the wonderful view of Pardiel from the spacious Panorama Restaurant Edelweiss with its large sun terrace. In summer, the restaurant is located directly at the starting point of various mountain adventures for the whole family, such as the Heidi Trail, the Bettlerweg, or the Edelweiss Trail. In winter, it is right next to the slopes. Relax on the sun terrace with its retractable panoramic bar or in the restaurant with its panoramic windows and be enchanted by the beautiful view of the Swiss Alps and the St. Gallen Rhine Valley. Eight-seater gondola lift Bad Ragaz – Pardiel since 2007 2007 - Construction of the eight-seater gondola lift Bad Ragaz – Pardiel. Merger of LWP (Wangs-Pizol Cable Car AG) and SBR (Bad Ragaz Sports Railways) to form Pizolbahnen AG. August 16, 1952 - Founding meeting of Bergbahnen Bad Ragaz – Piz Sol AG (later Sportbahnen Bad Ragaz SBR). January 19, 1952 - Founding meeting of Luftseilbahn Wangs – Pizol AG (LWP). 1954 - Opening of the Bad Ragaz – Pardiel and Wangs – Furt cable cars. In the following years, the Pardiel – Laufböden, Prodboden, Furt, Furt – Gaffia, and Gaffia – Soldanella drag lifts were built (used as single-seater chairlifts in the summer).
