Nice forest track towards Flitwick. Once through the forest continue across the field and when you get to the top, you can go straight on and follow the road to Steppingley or head right and follow the path along the fields back towards Flitwick.

Once over the small hill and down towards the farm entrance you will need to turn left onto the field, going straight on you will enter the farms property which I believe is not permitted.

This footpath travels along the edge of Center Parcs. It's a sandy path surrounded by forestry and an ideal place for a stroll.

The village boasts a collection of well-preserved Georgian buildings, which gives it a charming atmosphere. Many good pubs but if you fancy a coffee or a lite bite try Flootes

Excellent single track during the dryer months, can get very muddy and boggy in the winter months

This is a beautiful pristine woodland and a prime time mountain biking area with a multitude of trails. If you are in the habit of running with your music on be wary of the bikers.

Woburn is a charming English village lined with picturesque cottages and well-preserved architecture. Discover unique cafés, cosy pubs and traditional pubs, as well as the magnificent Woburn Abbey located just outside of town.

New Wavendon Heath is situated at the southern end of Aspley Wood. The woods are filled with beautiful towering trees and have a number of interconnected trails that run through every corner. The woods are a popular destination for mountain bikers, so be mindful of your step.

This segment is often part of a ploughed field. If dry, you are in luck but it will be bumpy, if wet you might get sticky mud that will stop your wheels moving.

The trail can be confusing here as you arrive at a cross roads. Looking down the hill the public bridleway comes from your left and heads downhill on scrappy ground for 100m before taking a sharp right.

Great for getting the blood flowing before you head off on the red route 👍
