The Hirschbergalpe is situated in a scenic location below the Hirschberg mountain and offers a cozy place to stop for refreshments on the meadow slopes above Langen. Surrounded by cows, wooden barns, and mountain views, you can enjoy genuine Vorarlberg alpine idyll here. It's the perfect spot to take a short break on the terrace or a bench before continuing towards the summit or back down into the valley.

The granary in Weiler is a striking, historically inspired building and a beautiful spot for photos in the village. It's a reminder of the village's agricultural and artisanal past and usually stands quietly by the roadside. It's well worth a quick stop to admire it.

The building dates back to the second half of the 17th century and was known as the "Zum Löwen" inn. In 1954, the house was purchased by the municipality to house the extensive collection of exhibits belonging to the West Allgäu Local History Association. Today, the local history museum displays numerous objects that bring the daily lives of West Allgäu citizens and farmers from times gone by to life. The house features a kitchen, various living rooms and bedrooms, and a Knowledge of the people behind them: Fridolin Holzer (1876-1939) and Ignaz Dornach (1868-1945). Weiler owes much to the printing shop owner, newspaper publisher, and long-time mayor Fridolin Holzer and his friend, the chewing tobacco manufacturer Ignaz Dornach. The two men founded the West Allgäu Local History Association in 1921 and laid the foundation for the comprehensive collection of the West Allgäu Local History Museum. The art connoisseur Ignaz Dornach bequeathed his "treasures" to his hometown of Weiler. Fridolin Holzer published the "Westallgäuer Heimatblätter" (Westallgäu Local Papers) and, as mayor (1919 to 1936), made numerous decisions from which Weiler continues to benefit today. For example, the municipality acquired the "Gasthaus zum Lamm" (Inn to the Lamb), today's town hall. His dialect poems, which he wrote down in volumes of poetry such as "D' Schnädderbäs vu Wilar" (D'r Boschejohler), also testify to his deep connection to his hometown. The fully furnished Grießer family shop from the 18th century is also a striking example. The paintings and sculptures from the Gothic period to the modern era are also impressive. Topics such as folk culture, religious folk art, and traditional costumes are also explored. The museum's small room is also worth seeing – it is the old guest room of the former "Zum Löwen" inn.

The rainy summer of 1790 caused fodder shortages, crop failures, and high grain prices in the West Allgäu region. The starving citizens of Weiler therefore decided to build a granary as a storage facility for grain in times of need. The financial outlay soon paid off: traders and speculators were forced to lower their grain prices, and the citizens of Weiler survived the "hunger years" of 1816/1817 relatively unscathed.

The chapel was built around 1900. The rectangular structure has a flat gable roof and round-arched windows. Inside, there is an elaborately designed tuff grotto with a grille from the period of construction. The stained-glass windows, the pews, and the floor mosaic are simply ornamented and also date from the period of construction.

The border between Germany (Bavaria) and Austria (Vorarlberg) runs partially along the Eyenbach. The Eyenbach is a left tributary of the Rotach and forms the border in one section.
