The start of the via ferrata can be reached from Holzgau in about half an hour. It is divided into three routes of varying difficulty levels, which can be easily combined with one another: the chamois (B/C), the ibex (C+) and the eagle route (D/E). A highlight is certainly the crossing of the roaring Simms waterfall using a total of three rope bridges. A via ferrata experience that is absolutely recommended!👌

Friendly staff, enough space and everything you could imagine in a hut. Quite a lot of wasps this year. But it's worth a stop!

Great highlight in Holzgau. Highly recommended in combination with the circular hike past the waterfalls.

Chapel of the Visitation of Mary (round chapel from 1961) There used to be a small chapel here.
