The Katzenstein is a rock formation and a summit (963 meters). Anyone who dares can climb it. Everything is nicely covered with soft moss and the way there is signposted. The Katzenstein is not far from the main path and the detour pays off!

Here at the Kaiserstein is a nice place to take a short break. You can also sit well on the rocks to eat your bread.
