Great views riding back down into Brighton.

Nice compact surfact that takes you between back gardens and horses; the very edge of the city.

There has been a lot of new build in the area and, as a result, this road is now quite busy, with nowhere to get off and walk easily. I now avoid at rush hour. However, it is well worth it for the views and overall sense of achievement (and of course it is our road as much as anyone else's).

Someone likes cats! A fantastic mural has been painted on the side of the end terrace here. And check out the collection of porcelain cats on the wall beside it!

The Undercliff Walk is actually part of the sea defence along the stretch of coast between Brighton and Saltdean. It's a surfaced path which is also used by the new Charles the 3rd England Coast Path.

Nice point to stop for coffee and serves hot food and cakes. Both indoor and outdoor seating and somewhere to lock up your bike but as locations go this is pretty off the beaten track so theft is a lower risk than more urban locations.
