Today, despite the rather "bad" weather (a light drizzle here and there), there was no waiting time. However, since there was an extended Asian family in front of me and no one behind me, I was offered the opportunity to wait until they were down, as they would probably stop to take photos. And that's exactly what happened! I was happy to have those few minutes for a smooth ride.

At this location, there is an old railway bridge over the Ill River, which now serves as a pedestrian and cyclist bridge. It originally connected the Bürs substation on the other side of the Ill River to the main line running via Bludenz. The tracks of this connection are still there today, but are no longer in use.

A walk around the reservoir is always possible, even when the weather isn't so good.
