A super nice cycleway that goes along the banks of the Severn and beyond. The surface is super good and avoids busy road sections. A good alternative if you were doing the LEJOG like us.

The old bridge is out of action at the moment due to damage during floods. It is being repaired - slowly!

The Swan Inn Gastro Pub - great food even better beer garden - Highly recommended pricy but worth it 👌

Charlton Lane is very often flooded, but fords aren't too deep

Very nice locations with views of Worcestershire-Birmingham Channel.

A brilliant, relatively new cycleway along the River Severn. I would recommend visiting Diglis Pass (opening hours can be checked here - https://canalrivertrust.org.uk/things-to-do/museums-and-attractions/diglis-island-and-fish-pass/drop-in-sessions-at-the-fish-pass).

Excellent little café, lovely home made soup, toasties and cakes. Friendly and welcoming to cyclists 🚲

Following the bridleway this singletrack follows the river through the woods and passed the fishery. It's quite flowy and smooth with a couple of steeper inclines.

Forge Studio cafe open weekends 9-5. Friendly artist's studio with a few tables. Great for coffee & cake while watching the boats.
