The National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is a building in central Taipei built to commemorate Chiang Kai-shek, the long-time president and supreme military commander of the Republic of China. The monument is surrounded by a park and stands at the east end of a square flanked by the National Theater Hall and the National Concert Hall.
