You have the most wonderful views down onto Cuckmere Haven from here on a nice day and it is a heavenly place for a rest break or picnic.

On a clear day the views are beautiful in every direction. The path is wide open here with no real shelter from the elements. You can descend down towards the Southease YHA or continue along the ridge in the other direction.

There's something magical about the Seven Sisters. You want to go there again and again. Even if the path goes up and down steeply here, it is very beautiful here!

A wonderful section through a great area with great views. The climbs between the cliffs are steep and require some fitness, but it's worth it. In Berlin Gap there is a café to take a break.
