The von Klinggräff family added a garden hall to the building, which was essentially built in the early 18th century, in the mid-19th century. During a renovation phase in the early 20th century by Konrad von Klinggräff, the manor house acquired its three corner towers; the coats of arms and the motto above the entrance on the gable also date from this period. From 1702 until its expropriation in 1945, the estate was continuously owned by the von Klinggräff family. The previous owner was Reimar Ernst von Voß. After 1945, the manor house served as a residential building, a store, and for the municipal administration; later, a restaurant was also established here. In 1997, the listed manor house was sold. However, the renovation plans and the intended use concept apparently failed, so the building has remained empty and decaying ever since, without any protection against weather influences and vandalism. The gatehouse, also a listed building, is located between the church and the manor house. The church is a fieldstone building with a brick gable. It was consecrated in 1305. The village church, a rectangular plastered brick building with a half-timbered western roof tower, dates from 1757. The pulpit altar with screens dates from the time of its construction, and the lectern dates from the first half of the 18th century.
