This one has been the talk of the city for a couple of weeks. Still be careful by bike as cars are not really used to the bike priority. A second one is already under discussion.

Parkers Piece is 25 grassy acres of pathways and pitches, that is reputed to be the birthplace of the rules of football.

"Pigs Do Fly" - after long protests the pub is now preserved during the redevelopment (and looks currently pretty lonely on the construction site) and will be reopened.

A good place to cross the river Cam, makes a good short cut from Newmarket Road to Chesterton.

Luckily the Flying Pig will be preserved during the redevelopment of the side and there are plans to reopen this historic music pub again.

Often stiflingly hot, but sheltered from the rain, the Carter Bridge takes you safely over the tracks. The view through the greasy and scratched windows makes for some bizarre photo opportunities.
