Great double-track circumventing Hauxton High St, incl. underpass of M1, leading all the way to Great Shelford

Standard convenience store like you find nearly everywhere.

Independent coffee shop situated in the Stapleford Granary arts centre. Indoor seating as well as a terrace at the back and a few outdoor tables at the front. Plenty of bike parking available too. Open 8.30am-4pm in the week (closed Wed), 9am-3pm Sat, 10am-3pm Sun.

Near the crest of the Gog Magog Hills just south of Cambridge. Fast traffic on the short dual carriageway section past Wandlebury but there is a shared cycle path if you prefer.

Nice farmers track that'll take you towards the Gog hill. Drains well but expect to be a little muddy if it's wet.

Didn't stop but wish we had as the Gog (which was listed on Komoot) had closed their cafe on a Saturday afternoon in May. Will make the stop next time.

One of the better gravel/ off road tracks around the Sawston area. Good mix of gravel and mud after the rain, mostly flat so you can get decent speed from either direction. There is a ford with a bridge crossing if you want to clean off your bike or just generally go for a paddle. Nice all year round for a calm run in the summer or a trail pounding mudd spitting session in the winter and rainy weather.

Off road track. a mixture of gravel & dirt. There's bridge or ford if feeling brave.
