Superb flat ride

The Marina is a great place to run. It is really flat and you can run past all the boats along the paths. The beach is close by and there are cafes and pubs that you can start or finish it. There's also public toilets there and there is a nice 5k loop or more

A lovely long stretch of beach across from the Clyne cycle path. You can run all the way along the promenade down to Swansea city or along to Mumbles. There are is a cafe further along and public toilets.

Great place to go running. You can run along the beach or there is a path that runs parallel to the beach which is flat and wide enough for runners.

Lovely park in Swansea it has a nice cafe van and lots of benches and places to sit and enjoy the view. There is a stream that runs through it and lots of trees and nature. It is close to the beach and also has surrounding cafes.

Pass through this beautiful park in the heart of Swansea city. The park boasts gorgeous displays of blooming wildflowers and woodland as well as various references to Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, whose birthplace was just around the corner.

Enjoy a jog through Singleton Park, the largest urban park in the city of Swansea. The park consists of acres of beautiful green open space featuring some very funky tree carvings and a botanical gardens.

Enjoy unobstructed views across Swansea Beach on this long flat section of paved path that follows the coastline. On a clear day you should be able to see all the way over to Mumbles Head, which marks the start of the Gower Peninsula.
