Swansea bay is a great long stretch of beach and in one direction you have the city and the other direction you have Mumbles. Theres lots of cafes and places to visit and you can either walk on the footpath or along the beach. There are always lots of shells and things washed up so great for beach combing or exploring with kids

The Marina is a great place to run. It is really flat and you can run past all the boats along the paths. The beach is close by and there are cafes and pubs that you can start or finish it. There's also public toilets there and there is a nice 5k loop or more

An amazing little cafe that do the best coffee and smoothies. You can get lovely food (including nice breakfast or tapas) and cakes here and they even do espresso martini's! One of my fave cafes in Wales ☕️ Google link here https://maps.app.goo.gl/P86GeB2JddBPLMif9

A lovely cafe and bar on the sea front. They do lovely coffee and the food is great too. Great place to stop when you’re going for a walk on the beach! Dogs are allowed and there’s indoor and outdoor seating

Opened in 1984 in Mumbles parlour has proved a favourite with tourists and locals alike. With short walks to the beach and historic Mumbles Pier it truly is ice cream at the seaside! Purely perfect
