A nice pub along the trail. Great place to meet and finish a bike ride you get get coffee from the little van if it’s open or obvs a post ride pint 🍺

This is a great trail to run along. It is nice and flat and leads down to the beach. It is really peaceful and there is a pub along the way as well

If it’s been even remotely damp, you NEED mudguards or ass-savers!

Really good cycle path with loads of stunning views, intersecting paths & trails on this route as well so you can easily explore!

Picturesque segment of running through the towering woodland of Clyne Valley Country Park in Swansea.

This lovely cycle and walking path was a steelworks until the 1980s. Steel sculptures commemorate the town’s industrial heritage along certain points of the path.

A cycle path leads amongst tall grass, sand and salt marshes here, overlooking the sea. The landscapes attract a huge array of birds. The marshes are just up the coast from the National Wetlands Centre. Look out for sand on the path and be prepared to push at times. The wind dumps sand across the marshes.
