You will need to lift your bike and carry it up then down the steps at the other side. There is no ramp, and there isnt a wheel trough for pushing it up either.

There are beautiful panoramic views of Armthorpe to be had from here. As are the views of Sandall Beat and the surrounding area. Sunset or sunrises are particularly good.

Armthorpe is surrounded by a lot of quality paths and tracks that go through beautiful wooded areas such as nearby Crowther Wood and Sandall Beat.

Not much to say about this bridge other than it is useful for crossing over the train tracks to get across from Sandall Beat Woods to the other side where the old Armthorpe Colliery used to be.
