There's a pleasant riverside rest spot just next to the bridge on the east bank, overlooking a pool in the river between the bridge and a small weir.

Gives you a brief glimpse of the river which otherwise is obscured by the hedgerows and roadside plants.

Easily the best coffee for miles around, only diminished by the lack of bike parking or outdoor seating, so it's a case of prop your bike out front where you can see it while you pop in to place your order.

Elmham Mill on the banks of the River Wensum in mid Norfolk. Not open to public but very beauiful to see whilst on a walk. Great view from the bridge of the river.

Quaint market town with the usual collection of shops and cafes making it a good place for a ride break.

Village with a lovey green with benches alongside the ponds, a village shop and pub, nice rest stop.
