Mundesley is a seaside village featuring coloured beach huts, a long stretch of sandy beach, a number of eateries, and a pub. It's a popular spot for holidaymakers looking to enjoy a traditional break away from the hustle and bustle.

The best view from Mundesley is just out of the village on the coast rode towards Bacton by the entrance to the lifeboat. Here you are on top of the cliffs and can see for miles.

Sea Palling is a quiet village, with a beach that offers swimming in waters calmed by man-made coastal defence reefs.

Built in 1790, Happisburgh Lighthouse is the oldest working lighthouse in East Anglia and the only independtly-run lighthouse in the UK. The iconic tower is painted white with three red bands and is 85 feet (26 meters) tall. The light can be seen up to 18 miles (29 km) away. If you follow the coastal defence South there are seal colonies to be found, particularly at Horsby.

East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens is a beautiful maze of jaw-dropping flowers, inspiring colors and natural calm. It is the work of two enthusiastic gardeners who made the most of the gardens' excellent soil and maritime climate. The garden has two tea rooms serving delicious cakes and lunches. You can visit the gardens from Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm - 5.30pm (March until October). Tickets for adults cost £10. Tucked away behind layers of sand dunes and trees, Waxham beach is one of Norfolk's best-kept secrets. The long stretch of golden sand is a great place to relax and watch grey seals bobbing in the North Sea. Although there are slightly ugly concrete sea defences at the entrance to the beach, you will quickly see why this hidden beach deserves its reputation as one of the most beautiful coastal falls within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The village grew during the Victorian era after the opening of a railway (which has since gone) when affluent holidaymakers would flock to the village for its fresh sea breeze.
