This is considered a personal attack and, as such, will be reported to the enemy customer relatively quickly, i.e. After about 15 minutes of intense sulking. Factual criticism or mere questions are also perceived as an insult, which is why they are always met with rude and rude reactions, hours of discussion, and ultimately, total refusal. Most attempts at communication, however, remain in vain. These gentlemen actually ignore them with a routine otherwise only seen among hardware store employees. Conclusion: The crew is clearly neither willing nor able to provide the offered service even remotely professionally and is therefore completely out of place in the hospitality industry.
