Gommersheimer Ganerb에는 우리 지역에서 독특한 문화 기념물인 우물이 있습니다. 이 우물은 특히 동유럽에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 형태입니다. 독특한 양수 장치를 갖춘 이 우물은 Gommersheim에서 과거에 "소 우물"이라고 불렸으며 이미 매우 오래되었습니다. 관련 사암 물통에는 1574년이라는 연도가 새겨져 있습니다. 이 우물은 수세기 동안 주로 Gommersheim 주민들이 마을에서 약 3km 떨어진 Ganerb에서 가축을 방목할 때 가축의 식수원으로 사용되었습니다. 19세기에 이곳에 밭과 목초지가 생겨났을 때 농부들은 이 우물에서 짐승에게 물을 먹이고 자신의 갈증도 해소할 수 있었습니다.

According to the information board, the fallen soldiers of the Battle of Speyerbach on November 15, 1703 were buried here in several mass graves by the farmers of the surrounding villages. Other stone crosses are said to have been erected in the neighboring communities for the same reason.

There are two guest rooms. When the weather is nice, there is still space outside under the shady trees. There are Palatinate specialties, changing daily specials, various types of coffee and home-made cakes. There is also draft beer from a local brewery and delicious Palatinate wines from the Meckenheim wine region. There is a large playground for the kids. A disabled toilet, a changing table and circular paths suitable for strollers. Private parties can also be organized.

The inauguration took place on August 26, 1787 by Auxiliary Bishop Andreas Seelmann of Speyer. The church has been brought up to date in recent years. In 2015, the interior was repainted and the exterior facade was also renovated. In 2018, the old bell tower had to be replaced with a new one and in 2019 the organ was extensively renovated.
