Breathtaking view of the fjord. Pause, marvel, and enjoy nature at its best. After the experience, I feel grounded again. How small a person is when I take in this surroundings. The tour was strenuous, and sturdy footwear is a must, but it's a tour I won't soon forget.

What magnificent nature. A strenuous climb, but always rewarded by breathtaking views. Lots of people rush to the summit, take a selfie, and then head back down as quickly as possible. I don't understand these people; nature is much, much more than just scenery.

Fagerdalsvatnet is a peaceful mountain lake, surrounded by steep slopes and open alpine landscape.

This waterfall flows powerfully from the crystal-clear Fagerdalsvatnet, cascading down a steep rock face in a dramatic display.

Easy to follow path, with rocks every now and then.

From here, you get a stunning view of the vast plateau stretching towards the horizon, surrounded by rugged peaks and deep valleys. The open landscape, sometimes dotted with patches of snow and windswept rocks, gives a true sense of wilderness and solitude.

Following the stream towards Bakkanosi, you’ll walk through a serene mountain landscape with crystal-clear water rushing over smooth rocks.
