The Vuomahytte is a real highlight! The new hut has large windows with a direct view of the lake, which is perfect for swimming. He is also a real fishing tip. A perfect hut for a cozy evening or even a day of rest.

Small but nice DNT hut near the border with Sweden. More beautiful than the Swedish Palnostugan about 3km further south. It is definitely worth continuing this short, albeit steep, route and continuing on to Lappjordhytta. Wonderful view of Torneträsk!

Apart from being a shelter, this spot is also nice for just taking a break or for having lunch. The scenery around is enchanting.

Reindeer graze right next to the hut, giving you the feeling of a Scandinavian "Panorama Lodge" through the large panoramic windows.

In the right season you can pick blueberries directly at the hut and enhance your breakfast with them.

The Gaskashytta is located slightly above the Altevatnet reservoir. This is an unattended DNT hut locked with the standard DNT key. In the 2 cottages there are a total of 18 beds. Cell phone reception is available here.

Pålnostuga is situated in a small meadow on the banks of Troneträsk. It is unlocked and has 6 beds, but is very simply furnished. If you still have strength and time and are heading north, you should use the better equipped Lappjordhytta on the Norwegian side. But the ascent to get there has it all.

Especially in strong winds and rain, this open shelter on a small peninsula is ideal for a rest. In emergencies, you could also stay overnight here.
