One more thing: Tolls are NOK 70 for cars and NOK 140 for RVs. At the parking lot below, there are some gravel areas suitable for overnight stays. Next to them is an outhouse. Above the parking lot is a DNT hut with toilets, showers, and water. After a hike to the glacier, an overnight stay with a view of the glacier is highly recommended!

Rocky summit where there is some shelter should the weather come in. There are numerous paths off of the top so it can be quite confusing to the find the right route down.

A very informative museum. The film of drone and helicopter flights over the glaciers and mountains, shown only here in a semi-circular cinema, is sensational to watch and is definitely recommended. The 20 minutes are completely sufficient.
