The Norwegian Aquaculture Center (Norsk Havbrukssenter AS) is a visitor and research facility for modern aquaculture located in Toft, in the Norwegian municipality of Brønnøy, and cooperates with various fish farming companies. The center opened in 2008. The hatchery is accessible via a floating dock. The facility includes a modern feeding platform, an automated feeding system, a control room, underwater cameras, salmon cages, cod cages, and a small aquarium. The aquaculture center is committed to sustainable farming and focuses on the environment beneath the facilities. School classes, kindergartens, tourists, local residents, and stakeholders from the aquaculture industry visit the facility year-round.

Cycling over water and islands with spectacular views is just unbelievable.

The views from this road cannot be beat!

With an (unsure) dog it's a bit tricky at first because of the short climbing sections with a rope to hold on to.

There is almost no traffic in the evening and night, tall shrubs and herbs give good cover and make the spot not too exposed.

Anyone who has managed to climb the small Stortuva will be rewarded with a fabulous view of the Seven Sisters and the entire island world of Herøy and Seløy.

Many steps but also easy and doable with children (or dogs). For those who are afraid of heights, the way back may be a bit steep.
