2026년 7월 통과. 부지 정비 공사가 완료되었습니다. 찬물이 나오는 야외 샤워기가 있습니다. 식수로는 사용할 수 없는 물이 나오는 화장실이 있습니다. 여러 개의 테이블과 텐트 설치 장소가 있습니다. 저희가 묵었던 밤에는 장소가 붐비고 시끄러웠지만, 풍경은 아름다웠습니다.

The toilets and showers were still closed at the beginning of September 2025 due to the beach renovations. I found information on the Ersfjorden website that everything should be ready for the next season, early summer 2026. I've heard that you can see the Northern Lights here.

The toilet and shower are currently (June 1, 2025) closed due to construction, but the forest above offers good opportunities to relieve yourself. Bring a shovel and remember to dig the hole beforehand.

The North Norwegian chieftain Ottar of Hålogaland, also called Ottar of Lenvik, lived in the 9th century. During this time, he lived here in Northern Norway. Many believe that Ottar's chieftainship was located in Hålogaland, south of Malangen, where the area "Lenjuvich" (Lenvika) is located. Others believe that his residence was further south, in the beautiful strait "Gisundet." According to ancient sources, Ottar is said to have told the Anglo-Saxon King Alfred about his journey to England at the end of the 9th century. Among other things, he mentioned that he lived in the northernmost part of Norway of all Norwegians. He further recounts his voyage to England, saying that he sailed south along the coast, with Norway on his left the entire time. A strenuous scramble - climb is rewarded at the top with a mega view from the steep edge - but only if you have a head for heights....

Designer rest area with a distinctive toilet, which is clad on the outside with gold-plated aluminum shingles. The beach is huge and the water in the fjord is wonderful. Camping is also allowed here and is well received.
