The Adlesi Cabin is located just below the Loddo observation tower. It is the ideal place to rest after the climb. However, sleeping inside is forbidden.

The path was only (extended or) rebuilt a few years ago. Most of the path is over stone steps of varying heights. If you have knee problems, this path becomes torture. Apparently, it's a popular Sunday outing for Norwegians: a quick run up and down. For me, the path had nothing to do with hiking. It was simply climbing stairs.

We can only agree with Andreas! It's not an easy hiking trail! As a family of three with a 12-year-old child, it took us two hours to complete at a brisk pace, and we were bitten by horseflies (mid-July). Not suitable for families with small children, or at least not doable in an hour...

A nice and challenging climb with a great view of the fjords and islands at the top.

ATTENTION Whoever says it's an easy route and takes an hour has either never been here or is on the fence. The path is really great but rather moderate to difficult and you should plan at least 2 hours at this time of year (end of October) as there are always small climbing sections. Is recommended for inexperienced hikers night!!!!

It was a pleasant hike (slow pace, almost 2 hours) The path is always clearly visible. In the upper third you have to take your hands out of your pants pockets - especially when going down - because the stones can be slippery when it rains. Hiking shoes recommended! Beautiful all-round view!
