A copy of the artwork 'Searching for Utopia' by Jan Fabre, the enormous turtle, has a new owner. That is the Fédération du Tourisme de la Province De Namur (FTPN). It is a 'brother' of the original copy that the city of Nieuwpoort purchased in 2003.
