클루이스보스(Kluisbos) - 141미터 높이의 클루이스베르흐(Kluisberg) 정상에 위치한 이곳에서는 하이킹이나 자전거 타기를 결코 질리지 않을 것입니다. 이곳은 플랑드르 아르덴(Flemish Ardennes)에서 가장 큰 숲입니다.

This old church will be restored in the coming years so that it can be used again for cultural purposes.

The Broel Towers are a protected monument, first dating back to 1386 & 1415 (second tower). They were built to control the traffic on the River Leie. They had to be rebuilt after the first and second world wars

This section on the south side of the Rive Leie has a long stretch of off road double track, the surface differs, from moderately smooth to dried out tractor treads left in the soil. It is quite fast to ride through and fun

The Molen Ter Klare, also known as Molen Ter Claere, is a historic windmill in Sint-Denijs, a sub-municipality of Zwevegem in West Flanders. It is a stone ground-sailer that originally dates from before 1415. The current mill was rebuilt in 1923 after an earlier version was destroyed during the First World War. The mill is located at the highest point in the region, at 76 metres, and offers beautiful views. The mill has been protected as a monument since 1944 and is used for grinding grain. It is equipped with three grinding pairs and a grain cleaner. Although the mill has suffered damage in the past, including a fire in 1950, it has been restored and remains an important heritage piece2.

At the flood basin you can choose between the 'most walked path' or the 'alternative route' on the other side of the basin. This promises some nice views of the basin... and that's true. Quite muddy, but that's to be expected when walking around a flood basin.

The grave monument of composer Herman Roelstraete (°1925 +1985), honorary citizen of Vichte, can be found against the outer wall.
