The National Basilica of the Sacred Heart, also known as the Basilica of Koekelberg, is a church on the border of Koekelberg and Ganshoren. The basilica was built between 1905 and 1970. The final version was designed by the Ghent architect Albert Van huffel. The enormous basilica - the largest church in Belgium -, built in art deco style, is a Belgian monument and is used for large celebrations, both in Dutch and French.

Behind this little yellow and black kitten is actually Billy Colas, a little boy who is infamous and hateful to his friends, adults and animals. The father-son relationship is difficult, for example, with Billy blaming his father for not being present enough. He ends up finding a caring fatherly attitude in Monsieur Hubert, while his new cat friend was himself disowned by his father when he was young. The first album was published in 1990 and won the Alph-Art Child & Youth Prize at the Angoulême International Comics Festival in 1991. It was followed by five other volumes until 1999 before the duo split up and other artists followed one another until 2007. The series was adapted into cartoons broadcast from 1996 in Belgium and France. In order to tone down the dark side of the story and focus on its humor, some script adaptations were made. For example, in the cartoon, Billy is transformed into a kitten by a witch and not as a result of a car accident. The producers may have been afraid that children would throw themselves under the wheels of a car in order to become a kitten.
