The quiet and the view of this large lagoon is a true enchantment for the senses. Traveling along Lake Varano by bike offers sensations that are certainly worth the entire journey to get there by pedaling from the nearby tourist resorts.

San Marco in Lamis is a municipality located in the Gargano National Park with medieval origins and which developed around the Convent of San Matteo, a stop for pilgrims heading to the Sanctuary of San Michele in Monte Sant'Angelo. The Convent is located just outside the town, along the provincial road that connects San Marco with San Giovanni Rotondo.

Almost 10km wide, it represents the largest Italian coastal body of water. Very important area both for fishing and for tourism

Path that develops within the "Fagarama" canal. Its name is due to the presence of beech trees along the route. It is located near San Marco in Lamis (FG) near the Sanctuary of San Matteo Apostolo.
