Right on the dirt road that runs along the lake, this refuge is a great place to stop for a bite to eat when hiking in the area. Very popular for its location, it is now also reached by many bikers. Also reachable by shuttle (only in high season in summer), there is no connection so electronic payments do not work.

We stayed here overnight on our Alpine Cross, it was fantastic, the peace and seclusion. In the valley you feel like you have been transported to another time. The hut owner Allesandro is super nice and takes great care of his guests. It was an unforgettable experience.
