Located in an enchanting position in the Valle di Fraele, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park, the Ristoro San Giacomo is the ideal place to stop during excursions on foot or by bike. Excellent home cooking and genuine. During the year the opening hours vary according to the seasons.

The Ristoro San Giacomo is beautifully situated, but I was only moderately impressed during my visit (moderately friendly, couldn't top up my cell phone despite trying to pay, and the exchange rate was extremely bad (6.50 euros = 10.- sFr).
PS: the nearby Ristoro di Fraele at the dam was much better: friendly, normal exchange rate, problem-free phone charging)
