The hiking trails are reasonably passable. Due to forestry work, some sections of the forest look very devastated. Renaturation? Some parking spaces are unusable because of the large amount of wood piled up. A new hiking trail is planned for construction right next to the lake.

Viewed from the beach, the chalk cliff Bulbjerg stands out from the landscape. From the top, you have a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and the sea.

Not only is this forest currently unsightly in many places due to logging, but the colored trail markers on site also don't match those on the maps.

In the meantime, only the heart of the forest worker beats faster here 😒 Due to - presumably necessary - forest work, most of the hiking trails in this area have been severely affected.

A great panoramic view of the North Sea from just below Bulbjerg. There are great hiking paths and views in every direction.

As good a spot as any to stop and take a load off. A good spot for a picnic close to the path or just to take a rest on your hike.

A typical gravel road that starts the West Coast Path, a nearly 100 km (66 mile) route that hugs the beautiful west Danish coast all the way up to Bulbjerg. If you want to shorten the route you can loop back to the ferry from Agger.
