The absolute highlight is this small but very original Issalm hut. It's located at the end of the valley. Simply a dream. A lovely stop. The hostess is so welcoming. This hut is ONLY open in good weather, however.

The Issalm is located at the very end of the Schönachtal Valley. From here, you also have a fantastic view of the Schönach waterfall.

Beautiful valley that is also ideal for families with strollers up to the Issalm.

Issalm: be sure to check whether it's open, otherwise have a coffee before or after. If you continue into the valley, you'll find a beautiful Gerlos bench and a fantastic view of the Issalm Waterfall.
