From the oil mill, the route is unclear. The sign says no entry. But how to continue? The path marked on the map doesn't exist. After several back and forth trips, we finally reached the house, then turned left, downhill for a short time, and then along the fence to a destroyed forest path. After the bridge, turn right to a clearing. The path ends there. The path shown on the map is also no longer shown. Instead, there's a beautiful trail right next to the Rot river to the end of the clearing. Then there's another wide, well-maintained forest path along the Rot river.

The path on the right side of the lake has been resurfaced and is now much more accessible. On the recorded route, access to the lake from the road is a very steep stretch of gravel, marked by two large stones at the entrance to the forest. It's a bit tricky with a stroller, so if you don't have an off-road baby, you should walk along the road, over the crest of the dam, and then drive across the meadow below. But it's doable ☺️ very suitable for dogs and strollers.

A caterpillar of the Middle Vine Hawk-moth was spotted in this section of the forest. It was 8 cm long. The brown camouflage color and the threatening eye spots look very similar to a snake. It was a great shock to discover it in the middle of the path. What a mix-up...
