It's June 14, 2025: At this time of year, the descent is very technical, with sections where you have to be careful where you put your feet. Part of the trail has gone with the torrent, and the visual landmarks have disappeared. Trust your map. The welcome at the Allavena refuge is very friendly; we stopped for a drink. We completed the loop in 4 hours and 50 minutes, with 1300 meters of elevation gain and 16.7 km. But it's magnificent.
