The Church of San Siro di Struppa, located on Via di Creto in the Bisagno Valley, is one of the oldest religious buildings in Genoa. Consecrated in 1025 as a Benedictine abbey, it stands at an ancient medieval crossroads that connected the Bisagno Valley with the Trebbia and Scrivia Valleys. The Romanesque-style building retains a simple and harmonious structure with a single nave and semicircular apses, restored in the 20th century to restore its original appearance. The churchyard, surrounded by cypress trees, offers a serene atmosphere and panoramic views of the valley.

A little paradise in the middle of the big city 🌊☀️ – Boccadasse lies on the eastern outskirts of Genoa and feels like another world. Tip: It's best reached on foot along the Genoa coast or by bus—especially beautiful at sunset.
