Be careful, turn left into the industrial area. There you'll see blue arrows and you can go under the bridge and onto the trail.

Excellent point to cross the Tenna river but it depends on the flow of the river, certainly in high/late summer you can do it without problems as I did, the water reaches half a calf or even less (September 2025)

The toponym “Madonna delle Cataste” is used to indicate an area of the territory of Ponzano di Fermo at the extreme limit of Contrada Schito, on the right bank of the Ete Vivo river. In the site there is a circular ruin to remember alleged apparitions of the Madonna, which popular belief says occurred to a man and some women who were working in the fields, in the spring of 1921.

An excellent panoramic point to observe the Sibillini Mountains chain. There are also signs with the writings of the mountains.

A beautiful path along the Tenna river which, however, must be well known first as there are pitfalls along the route such as cut pieces of trunk, slippery sandy ground, etc... Very beautiful though
