The Rosario Church is a religious building in Osilo, a city in northwestern Sardinia. It is dedicated to Catholic worship and belongs to the parish of the Immaculate Conception, which, like the church of Santa Croce, is not far away. To get to the Ospedale, you first have to pass the new Ospedale area and then keep right and walk all the way to the back. It's amazing that a lost place and a functioning hospital co-exist on the same site.

Danger! The hiking trail is (now in summer 2023) completely overgrown, especially with blackberry bushes and thistles. Absolutely not recommended unless you have a machete.

Unfortunately, the church itself cannot be visited from the inside. But the view of the landscape is just great!

From the small old church you have a wonderful view of Osilo and the Castello Malaspina as well as Monte Tuffudesu and the Chiesa di Bonaria.

The walk from Osilo to the church is definitely worth it. Unfortunately it is closed and can only be admired from the outside. A nice round trip and a magnificent view up there. We were lucky and got drinks in the refugio just before the summit, since it's actually closed now in the off-season.
